Erin Churnin
Groomer |
My name is Erin and I used to be an Operating
Room Nurse in San Francisco, California. I moved to East Texas a few
years ago. The hospitals made it difficult to live out in the
country like I do and remain an OR Nurse. At the time, Vicki was
training my "city dogs" and mentioned needing a groomer. With
encouragement from her, I enrolled in Texas All Breed Grooming
School in Arlington. I drove to Arlington every day for 6 months. I
graduated and have been grooming dogs at Circle Star Pet Resort
ever since. It is a rewarding and sometimes challenging job! The
girls at Circle Star Pet Resort say that my customers are
absolutely thrilled with my work. Yay!

Heather Crow
General Manager |
I am happily married to a man who
understands that the ranking in the house is God, dogs, husband and
kids. I have four human kids and three English Bulldogs; Porsche,
Sadie and Boudreaux. My family has been actively involved in
Therapets for over 20 years which has given me a respect and a
passion for dogs of all breeds. As General Manager at Circle Star
Pet Resort I have the opportunity to meet awesome people who love to
spoil their dogs and cats and have the same love of animals as I do.
I feel that I have truly found my calling. Working at Circle Star
has given me so much joy and happiness. Where else can you come to
work and get kisses for everything you do?

Kim Bailey
Assistant Manager |
Hello, I am Kim Bailey. I have two kids;
James age 17 and Megan age 9. Also residing at the Bailey household
is Rommstein the Rotty, Smokey Joe a Shepherd mix, Jasmine a 300 lb
Hampshire pig, Wilber a 60 lb Yorkshire pig and 20 Road Island Red
chickens (currently un-named). I commuted to Dallas for 20 years and
always worked in an office setting until I found Circle Star Pet
Resort. I have found a new career that I absolutely love. I am
surrounded by a staff and boss who truly loves animals as much as I
do. We actually get paid to love and play with your pets! I look
forwarding to meeting you and all of your furry friends.

Trixie Turrubiartes
Customer Service/Activities Director |
I've always lived in East Texas and
love to read, dance, and be with my friend and family. Speaking of
family, my mom passed on to me a love for animals and I've grown up
with lots of doggies, kitties, birdies, and fishies over the years.
My best friend was a Pug named Spike who was with me for thirteen
fantastic years and whom I miss terribly. I am brand new to Circle
Star Pet Resort and I love my job tremendously! The people here are
awesome to work with and it is simply so much fun to help pets feel
loved by giving them a good massage and tons of attention.

that I spoil on a daily basis. I give every animal the love and
respect they deserve. I have lots of energy so I love to play. I

Ashley Lee
Dog Trainer |
Hi. I’m Ashley Lee and I am 23 years old.
I'm just a simple, small town girl who loves animals. Growing up
with my family we always had a bunch of animals. It's taught me
responsibility, hard work and to love unconditionally. I recently
worked for an animal shelter and there is nothing more gratifying
than helping misplaced or abused animals find a loving home. I love
my job at Circle Star Pet Resort because there is nothing
better than having a job and getting paid to do something you love
and being surrounded by like minded people.
|

Debra Abbuhl
Dog Trainer |
My love for animals started at a
very young age. My current fur baby family consists of four dogs
(three of which are rescues) and two cats (one of which is a
rescue). My youngest fur baby and I are actively training for Canine
Agility in hopes of competing next year. I am also an American Red
Cross Pet First Aid Leader. My job as a dog trainer at Circle Star
Pet Resort has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to make a
difference in the lives of dogs and their owners.

Adriana Sierra

I am from Guanajuato, Mexico. I am
married to Francisco, who is a wonderful man. I have two kids and
four dogs. I bring some special positive training techniques to
Circle Star that I learned in Mexico. I am bilingual and so can
offer training in English and Spanish. I enjoy being a trainer at
Circle Star because it brings great joy and excitement to see the
parents and dogs come together as a team.
